  PBC is centrally located on Crescent Beach. Tennis / pickle ball courts, fitness center, hot tub and pools.
  Kitchen in our unit could have been better appointed (dishes, glasses, cutlery all a bit sparse).

  Siesta Key Beach has the prettiest water & whitest powder sand we have ever seen. The Palm Bay Club condo property was very well maintained & safe. The condo was clean & large enough for our family. It came equipped with a full kitchen, dishes, beach towels, all linens,& even floats to use.The only part we did not like, was we were unaware until arriving that we had to cross a busy street of traffic daily to walk to the property's Beach access. This can be hard when traveling with children. Overall we would visit this property again

  We were told the evening of our arrival that the pool was down and would be fixed the next day. Pool never did get fixed and we were there 4 days. Several people were overheard asking grounds maintenance about it. We were not informed prior to

Due to shipping issues and some mishaps, the part we needed to replace in our Bayside pool did not come when it was supposed to, which resulted in the closing of that pool . Although the pool on one side of the property was down, the other, larger, pool located on the gulf side was fully open and operational at the time during your stay.   The rental was in a great location. The unit was clean but, the beds in the smaller room were extremely hard. A mattress pad could really help. We truly enjoyed being close to the bay.

  Convenient location to beach on Siesta. Good access to water with nice amenities. 302-2 has a good layout and was spacious with well equipped kitchen and nice furniture. Only issue was the bathroom. Could have been cleaner and updated. Would still recommend as a good place to stay.

  We stayed here over Christmas in 21. The unit was as described and shown in the pictures. The pools and facilities are very nice, and access to the beach is very easy. The unit is fairly spartanly supplied so you will want to make sure you bring items you will need or want.

  Great location, property a little dated with some upgrades. Encourage continued upgrades to the facilities. It was very clean and orderly. Maybe upgrade security as some late night party goers were loud for a couple of hours.

  We loved the Palm Bay Club. We felt right at home, had everything we needed and more inside our unit like boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, all kitchen items were available etc. The room definitely had a laid back “beach vibe”. We loved the property the most, so many beautiful palm trees, very breezy, and the balcony was perfect to listen to the wind and water. The beach was the best beach we have ever been to, white sand, clear water. The beach rentals (outside company) were amazing and so easy to pick what we wanted the night before, everything was set up for us when we got to the beach. The pool
  by the bay was gorgeous and so relaxing. Not too crowded anywhere we went on the property. All staff was friendly and welcoming. We will be back again for sure!!

  The unit was spotless and well appointed. A short walk to either the bayside pool and hot tub or the Oceanside. We enjoyed the location as it gives you plenty of light and was quiet.   It is ok.. the amenities are adequate but the unit is not on or anywhere that you can see the ocean or the bay. There is a main road through the premises which lessens the feeling of being at a resort. I would not stay there again for these reasons.

  The units were clean. This is the best property to stay with both bay (fishing pontoon access) and beach access! It is the perfect location!
  We felt very safe as far as Covid.
  There was a discrepancy regarding the correct check out day (The office was incorrect on which days we had paid for) but it was corrected within 30 min.
