This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, the two bedroom units sleep a maximum of 6 people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Both bathrooms have convenient shower/tub combinations. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  Palm Bay Club is a lovely place. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is easy access to both the bay side and ocean side amenities. All of the employees from the office staff to security and maintenance were polite and so helpful.
  This unit was not updated. The mattress and bed linens were old and worn out and should be replaced right away. I cannot recommend this unit based on this, but would definitely recommend Palm Bay Club. The kitchen was missing a few essentials for a long term stay. Coffee pot, toaster and kitchen tools need an update.
  We will be returning to Palm Bay Club next year, but have chosen a different unit.

  We enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay Club. The proximity to the beach, the facility pools is what we liked most. Our unit did have an musty smell and the king size bed had a bad mattress ( staff notified regarding mattress).

  We loved our stay here! My only advice would be to upgrade the living room furniture. The sofa sleep was stained and very noisy to sleep on. There were also some loose kitchen cabinets. All in all a great please to stay and would definitely recommend staying there to family and friends!!

  We had a great time. The guy that handled the beach chairs did an awesome job. He helped us every day with our chairs and was waiting right when we got to the beach. The entire complex was clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach was so pretty every day. We stayed across the street and having the crosswalk right in front of the building was very convenient for crossing the street.

  Everything at the resort was taken well care of. Check in was fast and easy. When we wasn’t at the private beach, we hung by one of the beautiful pools. Shuttles from the resort around the island made the car almost unnecessary and 4th of July on the beach was the wildest I’ve ever been and we live on the ocean.

  The Palm Bay Club has a great location in Siesta Key. The grounds, pool and beach area were always clean and well taken care of. The front desk people were always friendly and good to interact with. The apartment itself was ok. Clean (except the sofa) and well stocked with everything we needed. The only concern was the lack of seating in the main room. One sofa and one chair to watch TV didn’t fit out family of four.

  I have been to The Palm Bay Club many times and am always pleased with the property. This was my first time on the Bay Side. The proximity to the beach was not excessively far and it was nice to see the Sun rise over the intercostal.
  
  The unit was clean and well kept.
  
  I will return to The Palm Bay Club and would also stay in 314 again.
  
  The Front Desk Staff was courteous and helpful at check in.

  There was some work going on in and around the resort, which caused some disruption and inconvenience. We were without water 3 different days and then had to boil water for 48 hrs each time we lost water. The contractors were very noisy working in the courtyard, so you really couldn't enjoy your balcony. Resort itself is great - we have been coming for several years - this just wasn't the best month we've had there with all the disruption.

  Condo 314 on the Inter-coastal water side was clean with a decently stocked kitchen. We had access to a pool and hot tub that overlooked the water on our side of the property. The beach was a 3 minute walk across the street. We had easy access by free shuttles to grocery stores and dining at both the north village area and the restaurants south of the 72 bridge.
  First time to the island and we will definitely be back!
