Fully remodeled from wall to wall and floor to ceiling for 2019 season. This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. This remodeled beautifully decorated unit has a master bedroom furnished with a king size bed with a 46" flat screen TV, the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom have tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with all having HD TV service for your enjoyment. The spacious kitchen has Quartz counter tops and all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  We’ve been coming to PB for years and love it! We have rented a few different units and they are all great.
  The only thing I would recommend for unit 315 is to get new pillows. The ones that are there are very old , flat and have a slight stench to them. Everything else is perfect!

  We love the Palm Bay Club. Have stayed here many times. This is a very nice unit. Updated very nicely, clean and well appointed. I would definitely rent it again. My only suggestions would be to add a full length mirror and some sort of cabinet to store snacks. We had to leave everything on the counter.

  This was an amazing condo for the week, for our family of 4. The condo looked amazing on the inside & we really enjoyed being on the Bayside. The pool is great & the views of the Bay are wonderful. The walk over to Oceanside is extremely close. The beach was beautiful & all of stay was extraordinary. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

  Overall unit is updated nicely. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need. Only suggestion would be more patio seating...there were 4 of us and we had to drag out a kitchen chair to seat us all. We would definitely choose this unit again.
  For Palm Bay Club...availability to trade dirty beach towels for a clean one every day would be an awesome perk. Otherwise, more beach towels in the unit.

  Unit was clean, good location, keurig did not work, tiny tiny ants on kitchen counters but notified front desk at checkout
