2/2 (316) Bayside T Model

This second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. This unit requires a five night minimum stay. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds. Both bedroom have 42" flat screen TVs, while the living room has a 50" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Both the master and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The spacious, recently renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  We have stayed at the Palm Bay Club on many occasions. This stay was no different than the previous. This condo owner made a good decision putting two queen beds in the second bedroom.

  Third stay at Palm Bay. Recommend property but not this unit. Outlets worn and plugs fall out. Mold in showers and shower head. Kitchen was clean.

  We love staying at Palm Bay Club. It is so beautiful and meets our expectations. We stayed in Condo 316. I don't recommend staying in this condo. It may look good in the picture but so out of date. Our experience is in master shower wasn't safe. Push on door to open and wasn't in track. Cauking moldy, no ceiling fans in any rooms, no garbage disposal, sliding door was hard to open, big chair in picture was the fake leather and peeling. should be taken to dump. Next went to sit down in dining chair and leg was broken. Condol money pit and side chair looks like picked up at Goodwilll. We always stay in different condo, however none available. The owners just took our money for ten not stay in this condos no updates. They just take your money. Palm Bay is great place to stay. We experienced Red tide for first time in all the years we have been going there. We have only stayed at Palm Bay. I wish they would have took some some off our bill as we paid good money to stay in Room 316. Again I do not recommend this condo. There are much better ones. I hope the owners are reading this and others. I know I always read these. Never seen one on this room.

  Clean. Excellent location. Pools and hot tub were very clean. Fishing pier is a bonus as are the boat slips. Will rent again.
