Completely Updated Unit | Large Two Bedroom/ Two Bath Unit Overlooking The Bay Pool | | You will love this spacious unit with 2 large living areas to entertain. The unit is completely updated with all new granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, HD flat screens, a custom shower in the master bedroom, two balconies over looking the bay pool/hot tub, fishing pier and areas to eat and grill out- has that resort feel to it! The master bedroom has a brand new king size Tempur-pedic mattress as of July 2023 with a 32" flat screen TV, while the guest bedroom has 2 full size brand new Tempur-pedic mattresses as of July 2023 with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a large 65" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your entertainment. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, while the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Condo is located on the peaceful Bayside inter coastal. Relax on the pier and watch the boats go up and down the waterway. The Palm Bay Club is a great complex with a wonderful staff to help your everyday questions or concerns. On the Gulf side there is a wonderful palm tree lined walkway to the beach. Siesta Key beach is rated one of the BEST beaches in the world. Enjoy the white sand beach with our complimentary beach chairs and enjoy all the water amenities it has to offer. Great sun bathing , shore fishing, paddle boards, kayaking, parasailing and more. Great walk to the public beach which offers life guard swimming, two restaurants, play ground for kids and competitive volleyball nets.   This was a great place to stay for my 70th birthday girls weekend. The condo had everything we needed. Our unit was across the street from the main lobby. Was a bit of a ealk to the beach. But, we did have a view of the intracoastal waterway & the pool from our balcony.
  The trolley is nearby & helpful getting around the area too.

  Spent 4 days in Siesta Key. This condo is plenty spacious and has all the conveniences needed. Surprisingly quiet for the number of cars in lot. Loved that we could walk to pool & hot tub and see the bay from our balcony. Location is good - take advantage of the shuttles, it's so easy once you take a ride. Folks at the front desk provided great service and answered all our questions.

  This was our second stay at Palm Bay Club. A perfect location, close to fabulous restaruants, supermarket, etc. Did not have much intereaction with staff at it was not needed. the staff at check in/out was helpful. Looking forward visiting again in 2024. My only suggestion: It would be a plus to find a roll of papertowel in the unit. Other than that, all one could need was present.

  Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Great view of the bay from the balcony. Beach loungers, chairs, and towels provided was a plus! Kids loved having two pool options. Walk to the beach wasn’t exactly quick but the view through the resort is very pretty! Nice to have a trolley stop right out front of the resort.

  Awesome room, great location. My only criticism is blender was broke and master bathroom fan doesn’t clear shower steam well and TV signal cut out quite a bit. Otherwise lots of space with large couches and updated unit. Would rent again!!

  Great condo, updated and clean. The property management were sticklers on noise after 10pm.
  
  The condo didn't have extra items for the beach - wagons, chairs, etc. We traveled with a large group and many of the other condos provided these. Also, the TV/cable wasn't working in the main room - with March Madness and the Master's on our week that was a bummer.

Nothing came up, but we always encourage our guests to reach out if any issues were to arise in the unit, and things pertaining to TV's are relatively quick fixes.   The location of this property is perfect! We had access to both oceanside beach and inter coastal views. Having pool options on both sides of the property was a huge bonus. Free beach chairs for the day and access to Umbrellas was great. Quick five minute drive to town. Overall a great stay. We will be back!

  After pouring over the reviews I came across Condo #322. Our family of six was pleasantly surprised! We loved being close to the (heated) bayside pool. Outside were two patios, one small and one larger one and you could see the bay. The bedrooms were nice but could use softer/updated sheets. The kitchen was well equipped. And we really enjoyed the large sectional in the living area. It didn’t feel like we were cramped for room. The utility room had a cooler, fishing pole, and other things you might need-we didn’t use but thought it was nice they had as an option. We also discovered games, crayons, paper, etc in the hallway chest. That was nice. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the other heated pool. It was nice to have options! We would definitely stay at the Palm Bay club, again. We appreciated seeing the Security around , the maintenance being kept up daily...The only thing I gave 3 stars for was the customer service at the front desk and over the phone. Not a big deal-was just something I noted. We had a great experience:)

  I’ve rented this property the last several years ,and enjoyed staying there each year.This year the air conditioning went out and they offered to move me but I opted to stay.They did discount the family and I have been staying at Palm Bay Club for over 30 years .My sons are now adults and they to rent at Palm Bay.This year there were changes ,like paying the full amount 30 days prior to arrival,the bracelets that security ask for as soon as walked out the door and repeatedly during the day .

    Hey Mary, thank you for the review. As of October 1st 2020, we have switched too a new operating system that requires the full amount of the stay be paid before arrival for our guests. This speeds up the check in process, and allows our front desk staff to have the most updated list of those arriving on that particular date. We do apologize for the incident with the A/C, but we are glad your family was able to enjoy the rest of their stay with us. We here at PBC have been making many changes in the past year to better equip our security team in distinguishing our renting guests, from potential trespassers.   We have stayed at Palm Bay 15 times. This was our 4th time in this unit. It's our favorite but the beds and bedding need an overhaul. The bedspreads are worn and faded. This is our 4th year and the beds are sunken in and it's all the same bedding. It probably wasn't new on our first time four years ago so it's probably quite aged. Really love the unit though. Palm Bay needs to invest in new pool chairs. The rubber strap style is out of date and uncomfortable. Many chairs are stained and heavily worn.
