This renovated first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds . Both bathrooms are newly-renovated, while the master has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub combo. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. This unit is not equipped with an ice maker. This condo does not have a landline in the unit. The condo has tile and wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  We have been coming to the Palmbay Club for over 25 years. Our family has had two family reunions, and our immediate family getaways at this location in Siesta Key. All very successful and memorable due to the location and staff helpfulness. Our unit this time was clean and near the Bayside pool. We have a family member with disabilities so it's crucial for us to have a walk-in shower. The grocery store is near and if we needed restaurants, they are nearby as well.

  Overall our fourth stay at Palm Bay Club was fantastic. Staff was great! Complex is in a great location, very clean grounds, pools were warm since weather was hot, but we enjoyed the pool anyway, beach is wonderful and pickle ball we played was fun.
  The amount of stars in this review are high for the overall complex but the unit (324) needs a lot of attention.
  Now for the condo unit we stayed in - this condo needs updated and repaired for sure. The unit smelled on our arrival and we had to buy air fresheners to absorb the smell. The furniture in the condo is too big and jammed into the guest room and the kitchen table and chairs are bulky and there are too many heavy chairs that take up a lot of room. The kitchen was okay, but there is a crack in the granite at the sink that almost cut one of our fingers. Not a lot of kitchen utensils. Many of the outlets throughout the condo don’t work.there were lightbulbs burned out in the bathroom that maintenance had to replace. The guest bathroom tub needed maintenance on our arrival because it didn’t drain. Maintenance attended to it right away and we appreciated it. The recliner in the living room is broken and the couches are not very comfortable. The paint on the walls isn’t complete and messy and looks like a very sloppy job.
  We will definitely be back to this complex but will NOT rent this condo. We appreciated the staff being so kind with issues we had with this unit.

  "C" I recommend that anyone who stays at PBC make sure that the owners of the condo stay they themselves when visiting Siesta Key. This unit was someone's investment property only. Very few amenities. No ice trays, foam rubber bedding, sliding screen door didn't work, furniture looked like it came from a second hand store, etc.

  We have been coming annually for 17 years now and this was the roughest experience but still not to terrible.
  There was construction beside and above us with jackhammers literal lay above our head. We just couldn’t be in the room during the day but it wasn’t a huge deal. Also the fridge and freezer didn’t work 2 of the three days but problem was fixed and a new fridge was brought in.

  I like Palm Bay Club but would never stay in this rental again. It says renovated but that can’t be the case. Smart tv’s did not work. Told you to reboot router but never did the trick. Refrigerator made noise that would sometimes wake you up. Beds in guest room were so loud that if you moved you woke others in the room. Paint job was just horrible.

  This is our second year staying in this unit and we have already booked our 2024 stay. The condo is the second unit in from the end, making it very convenient to the pool area. The open layout makes the living room-dining-kitchen area feel quite roomy. The beds are comfortable and the walk-in closet in the master suite is a plus. It appeared that the unit was being painted but two of the rooms were only partially done. We hope this will be complete next year. The only down side was the need for brighter light bulbs in the dining area and an additional lamp for the living room. These areas were quite dim at night.

  This was our first time visiting Siesta Key. Our unit was clean and accessible. We were unaware of the walking distance to the beach from the bayside. The next time we come that will be taken into consideration. The only complaint with our unit was the bedrooms did not cool as well as the kitchen and living room area. They were rather stuffy at night. We used fans in the bedroom doorways to make the bedrooms a more comfortable temperature.

  We really enjoyed this location. All of the staff members were super friendly from security, to front desk and beach. We have already rebooked another property with palm bay club for next year as this one was not available. A couple things to note about this particular location...the dishwasher works ok, but you have to be very careful as the top shelf doesn't lay in the track correctly. It's kind of pain as much as we cooked. And this was mentioned by another guest and not fixed yet. So if you plan to cook a lot take note. We had to do a lot of dishes because it's not stocked with very many plates and forks. We made it work though. This location is also right by the bayside pool which was very convenient. Great location!

  We once again enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay club. The staff is very professional and the location is perfect. We enjoy staying on the bay side but appreciate the easy access to the gulf beach.
  Unit 324 is very well furnished. We did not use the second bedroom, but the bed in the master was very comfortable. The only suggestion is to add another lamp in the living room, since this room is somewhat dim after dark.

  We love staying at Palm Bay club because we can choose to sit or walk on the beach or sit poolside on the inter coastal and watch the boats, or dolphins go by. The grounds are well maintained and staff is quick to fix any maintenance issue in the room.

  We liked that the kitchen was open and the counter had stools. Kitchen needed a can opener, new faucet and plastic bowls for kids would be a bonus. Bunk beds with a full size bed was so nice for the second bedroom! King sized mattress was comfortable. Master shower was the best we’ve seen at Palm Bay Club!! We would consider staying here again.
  
  It is very disappointing that it is not mandatory for units do you have a washer/dryer. We have a family of five, I need to do laundry throughout the week to keep towels and clothes clean. Dirty towels track sand all over the unit. The process to do laundry at the communal facility is not convenient for anyone, especially families with young children. Other condo associations require this, why doesn’t Palm Bay?

  The property was nice but the room not so much. We stayed here several years ago. Much had changed since our last visit. The room was not very clean at all. When we arrived we had to vacume. Dishwasher rack kept falling missing front wheel. Called for repair twice they would just put rack back on track with no wheel replacement only for it to happen over and over. Chose unit for bunk bed availability but top mattress sagging and all comforters looked dirty and faded. Upon checking out looked under guest bed to make sure nothing was left behind only to find sunflower seeds left from previous guest just more proof wasn't cleaned well.

  The rental itself was fine, there were issues with sink water pressure and some damage to the walls but that didn’t make a difference to us. We had an incident with a wasp or hornet nest and a few of us were stung. The main thing I would recommend is putting a ladder in the bay. An adult family member tripped and fell in. We had a hard time getting him out. We will be back again, we love the Palm Bay club and have been staying there for roughly 10 years. This is the first time we’ve had any issues. I just really think there needs to be a ladder in the bay.

  The master bed was just awful, it was the hardest bed I have ever felt in my life. This was the only disappointment. It was like sleeping on a cement pad. One day I woke up and couldn’t move because of it.

  We had a great time. We like to cook in a couple nights and there are few essential kitchen items needed. A can opener, hot pads, and replacing the scratched up pans would be my recommendation. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay. We love coming to Palm Bay Club.
