This beautiful fully remodeled spacious second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom bay front condominium is located on the Bay side of our property requires a seven night minimum stay, no exceptions. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 adults. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa and chairs and a 50" flat screen tv. The living room also is equipped with a queen murphy bed for more sleeping options. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" wall mounted flat screen TV. The master bathroom is fully remodeled with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a twin bed with a 32" flat screen tv. The guest bathroom is fully remodeled with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio terrace overlooking the bay that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes and scenic views of the Bay.

  We just finished our 3 week stay and we couldn’t be more pleased. The unit has beautiful views of the bay from the entire living area and patio.
  We enjoyed morning coffee watching the sunrise. The private wrought iron gate makes you feel extra special. The unit is well appointed. Beautifully renovated everything is brand new. Tastefully decorated,
  Comfortable and did I mention the views?? at night you can see the lights twinkle from the boats going by while you enjoy a glass of wine on your patio.
  PBC staff are very professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. We have been coming for many years and have stayed in all the buildings including the tower - this unit is our favorite. Will be back next year!

  Great location and great views!
  Condo was clean but is dated and could use a nice “re-fresh” in the kitchen and bathrooms.
  The patio was our favorite part but needs some new chairs.
  Spring break brings lots of college kids and noise but the security team did a great job quieting things down late at night which was much appreciated! We had a couple of issues when we arrived and maintenance came quickly and was great.
  The beach is beautiful and just a quick walk away. Grounds are always kept up and beautiful too.

  This was our second time staying at the Palm Bay Club but the first time staying in this particular apartment and we loved it! This apartment is very spacious, kitchen fully stocked with everything you may need for cooking and the private patio overlooking the bay and pool is definitely what makes this apartment a great property. However, I found that they could have done a little better with the cleaning... I found some old brooms and they were very dirty (full of hair) but when I brought it to the management’s attention - they quickly provided me a brand new broom.
  I will continue staying in this apartment and I definitely recommend!
