This newly renovated in 2017, this first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a four night minimum stay for this unit. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms have a 32" flat screen TV while the living room has a 50" flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  This is a gorgeous property and accommodations. It's very large and runs from the ocean to the inlet side. We wish there were some sort of bathrooms by the ocean. Supplies were a little scarce. 1 paper towel roll and 1 dishwasher soap. Ice maker made noise the whole time. Overall clean beautiful property. Pools are very nice. Would stay here again for sure! Close to Siesta Village also.

  AMAZING!! First time for our family staying at Palm Bay Club and we absolutely loved it!! Our condo was spotless as well as the entire condo complex. The beach was beautiful and the sand is like white powder that never gets hot. Beach lounge chairs are provided in the Palm Bay Club private beach at no charge which was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

  This condo is clean and updated. Even the TV is Netflix-enabled for a rainy day. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the second bedroom had a full bed and a bunk bed (pictures just showed the full bed), so our daughter got to have a bunk bed sleepover with her friend who was staying with her family in another unit. Other reviews mention the proximity to the pool— it really is just steps away. This led to some noise when guests were returning home after the pool closed, mainly from the second bedroom. It also means this unit is one of the farthest from the beach. I would not recommend staying here with any kind of mobility issue — this unit is for active families who don’t mind a little noise and who can haul beach gear from one end of the Palm Bay Club, across the street, through the rest of the Palm Bay Club, and to the beach. That said, we enjoyed our stay but on a return trip, we would book earlier in hopes of securing a unit closer to the beach/across the street. Boogie boards, coolers, and 2 chairs were provided. A wagon would’ve been awesome. Our friends stayed in a unit a few doors up, and their hosts provided a slew of treats and goodies; that made us a little jealous. But their condo was not as updated and given the choice, I’d pick this one. This condo is also keyless, which led to a lot of confusion at checkout (“Where is your key??”). Ending on a positive, they provided tons of clean towels, the sheets were crisp white and so clean, and the mattresses appeared brand new. Thanks!

  Our condo was very nice and the staff was attentive to our needs. An example was the security. We first met Bob Miller on our first day, who stopped and welcomed us to The Palm Bay Club. He was so friendly and helpful (like helping my handicapped wife a few times to get to the bathroom by driving her with his golf cart). This is above a beyond service, but he saw a real need and took the initiative to help.
  With this highly visible presence, it is just a good example of the atmosphere that is created by this very competent, professional staff. It made our vacation a joy, and we will likely be back, if vacationing on the west coast of Florida.

  Exceptionally clean, comfortable unit. Lots of towels and beds were very comfortable! Close to the pool (few steps away) on bay side, which has a beautiful view and jacuzzi. It is a little walk to the beach, some days we drove to the 'other side' and other days we walked over. Beautiful white sands of siesta key are worth a little effort ;)

  The condo was clean and well kept, worked out great being so close to the pool. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all either. My wife, 3 daughters and I, had a very nice time, good location. Staff were all very nice and helpful. If there was anything to make it better, is if the washer and dryer were in the condo, but wasn’t the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again!

  Walked back and forth to beach with kids multiple times each day and also right outside the bayside pool. The unit was clean and up to date. The only complaint I had was the couch is a little uncomfortable. Could use a néwer updated comfier couch for relaxing at the end of the day!

  It was a great unit. Plenty of room including the sofa that pulled out. Good location to the bayside pool and hot tub. My only negative comment has nothing to do with the unit itself but the laundry room close to our unit. There was only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. There needs to be at least 3 of each as I made several trips back and forth checking to see when it was available.

  My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (teenagers), and grandma joined us as well. Lovely view of the channel from the back patio. Both pools are beach are easy walking distance from the condo. Unit was very clean. This was our best VRBO experience to date. Not only was the property description accurate, it exceeded our expectations when we arrived. While there are several shops and restaurants nearby, we took advantage of the kitchen & charcoal grill and spent most of our time on the property enjoying the beach and pools. Note that the washer/dryer are not IN the unit, but still conveniently located on the property.
