Unit 334 - Updated Bayside Condo, steps from the Bay & Pool | Our second floor condo is meticulously maintained. A two bedroom, two bath, very open unit with a remodeled and stocked kitchen that flows into the living areas. There are many updated features throughout and amenities to please for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We have tile throughout the main living areas, entry and kitchen, with carpet in both bedrooms. | The master bedroom is nicely appointed with a new 2019 King-size bed, mounted 32" flat screen TV, en-suite style bathroom with tub/shower combination and a set of sliding-glass doors that open onto the balcony/lanai. | The guest bedroom is updated and offers room for an active group! (2) Full beds, with (1) Twin-upper bunk which were purchased in May 2019, another 32" flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower combination. | The living room is open with plenty of natural light provided by the second set of sliding-glass doors that bring you onto the balcony/lanai. There is a mounted 50 inch flat screen TV and two leather sofas for comfort and easy living. Upgraded free Wifi throughout. The kitchen has been remodeled and has granite counter tops and is fully furnished with lots of pots/pans. The dining table is large and comfortably seats 6 people. Our condo has gone through many updates in the six years we have owned it with new furnishings and annually painted throughout. We are located on the inter-coastal side of the property, with a short 5-7 minute walk through the property to reach the private beach. Our home is very clean with all of the amenities you would look for! For your added convenience towels and linens are provided, even beach towels! Our beds are premium beds for further comfort and the condo is family friendly and ready for what a great vacation has to offer.

  We had a great time at the The Palm Bay Club located in Siesta Keys. The staff was friendly and helpful and the beach is amazing. We stayed on the back bay side where there was a nice pool and spa with a deck to fish off of. The only request I would ask is to install ceiling fans into the bedrooms. I

  Overall, the property is very nice. We stayed on the Bayside with close access to the pool and hot tub which were excellent. The beach, of course is outstanding. The staff was very attentive and responsive to rectify any problems. The unit size was adequate , but requires significant upgrades, and perhaps overall remodeling. The mattresses were dismal. The kitchen supplies were minimal to the point that cooking a decent meal was out of
  the question.

  The Palm Bay Club U-334 located on the 2nd level of 3 story building on bay view right side. All balconies face each other and that takes away a bit of privacy. There is no screens on the balcony, just the sliding door. Elevator is located in the middle section of the building and there are luggage carts available, but there are stairs closer to each end of the building. Check in/out is easy and staff is friendly. 2 bd gets 3 keys, laundry cards and bracelets. Keys are RFID and you have to turn them to lock. Pool on the bay was great, a minute walk, 2 grills (need reservation to use), deck area, fishing pier. Hot tub with nice hot water and jet sits 10-15 people. Beach is located across the street (so is the office and another pool) and is short 5-7 min walk. The unit is older but is nice. Could use some furniture updates. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had to figure out push-knob light switches 🙄. Sheets and towels were better than some resorts have. On 1-10 scale it's a solid 7 IMHO

  Love love loved our first time in Siesta Key!!! Our room was PERFECT for all 5 of us!! Very spacious and comfy!! We loved being so close to the pool and hot tub!! The extra bonus of coolers and fans was great too!! Big closets,nice showers and all your pots and pans for cooking!! The balcony made morning coffee twice as nice!! We will be back for sure!!!

  When we checked in. 2 lights burned out in 2nd bathroom. Shower valve in 2nd BR had to be replaced and the sliding glass door in living room was off the track. Carpet in 2nd BR stained and looks terrible. Maintenace did a good job repairing all. Need a way to control how long people can reserve chairs & lounges at the pool. People put towels on chairs & lounges and never show up for hours. One day 3 people had 4 lounges and 4 chairs with a towel on ever one of them. No other people showed up. There were no other chairs to be had. How about putting up some signs up stating chairs and lounges and only be saved for 30 minutes. If no one shows up they must be released for other people to use. BE CONSIDERATE! 2nd year the hot tub has not worked correctly. Water only flows out of 1/3 of the jets.
  One jet is so hard you can't sit in front of it. It pushes you off of the ledge.

  Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible although the unit was a definite disappointment. We arrived 90 mins prior to our check in time and were not allowed to enter the room even a minute prior to 4:00. They said our room wasn’t ready but we parked outside the unit and waited in the car and no one came in or out so I’m not sure why we couldn’t have gone in. The property is in need of maintenance and updates, both in general and the unit itself. It wasn’t necessarily dirty, but it was extremely shabby and run down. Peeling wallpaper, old furniture and mattresses, dirty curtains, and shabby bedding. Whatever the used to clean the tile made a slippery film and I almost fell upon entering the unit and had to avoid walking in certain areas due to the floor being so slick. The worst part was the mosquitoes. I’m a native Floridian and no stranger to our mosquito friends down here, but there were mosquitos inside the unit constantly. My children and I were eaten alive. There had to have been a hole somewhere in a screen or window or something but we searched and never could find it. So bring your mosquito net. Also, if you have kids you might want to rethink this complex...we were woken several times each night by other guests running and yelling and shouting obscenities down the hallways and stairwells. We didn’t use much else in the condo besides bed and bathroom...it was too off putting and we tried to spend as little time as possible there. Thankfully our friends were staying in a great house on Lido so we could hang out there. In short, don’t stay here.

    Hello Nathaniel, thank you for the feedback. Check in time, which is listed on each guests contract and unit paperwork, states check in time for everyone is at 4:00pm.When it comes to the cleaning of the rooms, our procedure goes through a process of the cleaners going through, along with 2 sets of inspectors to make sure the rooms are fit and ready to be opened to the renters. The units themselves are individuality owned, so larger things such as wall paper and furniture replacement has to be done through them. This review has been sent to the owner for review of this reason. In regards to bugs, disturbances, or other things regarding the property, the front desk or security can be called to resolve the issues. We have security here 24/7 and the front desk staff is here everyday of the week till 5:00pm. Hope your future stays will be better.

  We loved our little condo. Master bed was comfy. The unit had plenty of cooking utensils and everything we could have wanted. The couch cushions like to slide out a lot, maybe some Velcro on the underneath. But no reason not to stay here. We loved the location to the bayside a lot. My husband and sons fished here and a great place to see sunrises as well

  Overall, our visit to Siesta Key was lovely. We were disappointed in this condo for a couple of reasons. There were no instructions to use the tv/cable remotes and as we all know each system is different. The bathroom shower in the master did not drain while showering so we could not use it. (luckily there was a second shower) Surely the maid service would notice that if it was properly cleaned prior to our check-in? Don't they use water?

  We stayed for three weeks in this unit. Overall, the unit was decent. The couches were new and comfortable. However the “new bed in 2019” was very disappointing which was the reason we chose this unit. It had already broke down and was unacceptable for the length of our visit. Also, our stay was disrupted by a day without water, the power going out twice causing the Wi-Fi to be out for hours, the hot tub closed and broken multiple times, and the first week was filled with loud workers outside the units early in the morning. This was our second year here so we’re hoping this was an anomaly as we really enjoy the grounds and this area. Palm Bay, please take a closer look at each property as your price is consistent for each unit, however, there are substantial differences between the units that cannot justify the same price unless they are properly updated. Thank you!

  We had a great time staying at Palm Bay club. The first night it was a little loud but second and third nights were quieter. I the area in general was busy but the condo was quiet clean and what we needed. We had six adults and there was plenty of room.

  Palm Bay Club is a really really nice property. Oceanfront or bayside is a great option. Pools and tennis courts are great for kids and Hot tub wonderful.
  Adding another Hot tub would be better, as the one fills up so quickly, hard to get a spot. Also putting in a restroom oceanfront would be better, if you are staying bayside you have to walk all the way to front office restrooms from beach.
