This fully remodeled second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with 2 full size beds and the guest bedroom has a king size bed, the master bedroom has a 38" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a 32" TV. The newly-renovated master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar and guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The living room is equipped with a 43" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your entertainment. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  We've stayed in many units at Palm Bay on both the Gulf and the bay side. This was our first stay bay side and we loved it. The pool overlooks the bay and is so relaxing. It's a really short walk across the road to the Gulf side of the resort. This unit was perfect for my spouse and I. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The balcony has a side view of the bay and we enjoyed overlooking the courtyard area. We appreciated that the thermostat didn't have a restriction on how low you can put the A/C; some units in Palm Bay do. This resort is the only place we'll stay on the key. Can't beat the location, the grounds are lovely and it even has a really decently stocked gym. The front desk staff does everything in their power to accommodate all your needs and it's nice have staff there every day in case anything comes up.

  Unit 340 was a nice condo with comfortable beds. Could use more skillets and spatchulas. We used one skillet for all our cooking due to the others were not so nice. Other than that we booked again for Christmas break this year.

  Condo was clean, but living room carpet was filthy with stains, kitchen pans were very old, and popcorn ceilings- seriously! Everything outside condo needs updating . When taking trash out it was piled in a trash area - disgusting! I will not stay there again!

  We loved staying at the Palm Bay Club- especially it’s location which makes both the beach and the bay easily accessible. The people we have met there are always friendly and pleasant to be around. This year, however, we did have a few complaints about this particular unit. We were disappointed when we heard heavy “tromping” above us every night- often until 2:00 am. We reported this to management, but they said they had no control over the unit above us. Also, the condo could use a little updating. The rug under the coffee table is very dirty, the pillows (inside and out) could use updating, and the bed spread in the front bedroom is tired and dated. The drapes do not close completely, so we used snack clips to secure the center split. The mattress in the front bedroom was very uncomfortable. We did find the kitchen to be well equipped.We made next year’s reservations for a different unit.
