This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 24" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The Master bathroom has a bath tub and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The spacious living room is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. This condo also comes equipped with a stack-able washer/dryer. The condo has new wood flooring throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  The unit was incredible! It had everything we needed and more. Wagon, coolers, fishing poles etc. it made my son’s vacation experience truly amazing fishing over the pier. Loved everything that this unit had. Looking forward to future stays. We miss it already.

  Condo was great and worked out perfect with the bunk beds for us. Only thing I would check is the washer door would pop open while it was running a load of clothes. Maybe have maintenance take a look at it. It was not a big deal but wanted the owners to know so they can look at it. Otherwise the place was great!!

  Our family stayed in a 2-bedroom unit on the Bayside of Palm Bay Club. We had easy access to the dock for fishing, the small pool, and the hot tub. And it was a short walk to the big pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and an incredible beach.

  The housing was perfect! Close to the pool and close to the beach. The condo was comfortable, exceptionally clean and made our vacation one of the best. The beach was HUGE and AWESOME!   We really enjoyed staying in unit 342 for the week. Just a great facility with ideal placements to everything.
  
  Highlights:
  - The condo itself is spacious and well laid out with the two bedrooms and bathrooms
  
  - The closet of beach supplies was AMAZING. We used the heck out of the cart and cooler all week! Such a nice feature to have those available
  
  - The condo is located in a great spot within the grounds. 1 minute walk to the back pool, 3 min walk to the front pool and 8 min walk to the best beach ever
  
  - The private beach is great with lounge chairs free to use
  
  - There is also a trolley stop right outside the driveway which is perfect for runs to the Village for dinner and ice cream
  
  
  Lowlights:
  - The folks above us were extremely noisy from 6am-2am pretty much any time we were in the condo there was mass amounts of noise from above. I don't think this is 342's fault, more so just the group of people staying above. Made it difficult to relax at night
  
  - No beach toys (buckets, shovels, etc.) for the kids to use. Quick trip to Dollar Tree resolved this
  
  - The patio wasn't the cleanest and there wasn't much room to enjoy out there. Not the end of the world, but worth noting.
  
  Final Word:
  We will 100% stay at The Palm Bay Club again next year and Unit 342 will be on our list of condos to consider!

  342 is super clena and very convinient ..beds are awesomely comfy.the kitchen works properly and full of amenities. Points up for the washer and drier. The living room couch needs looks dirty and worn out ...the facility as over all has become a little bothering when it comes to new rules and restrictions compare to past years..I understand thereare rules to be follow but the security personal needs some common sense and stop harrasssing the guests...I came to relax and enjoy not to bother.

  Place was very nice and clean. I liked how it was simply decorated. It had lots of items for swimming and going to the beach. Cleaning staff was very polite and friendly. The outdoor hot tub was very dirty, we usually would enjoy that but not this year.

  The owners of this condo have thought of everything. From the Kurig and french press to an exceptional beach cart and cooler.   I enjoyed my stay in 342 this year. The complaints I experienced were addressed by the management. this included: electrical problems with the dish washer, loud construction noises each morning the first week due to eclectic problems with the Bay side, water outage due to break in water system resulting in boil water warning, then loud family above me who went through VRBO and management could not intervene.
