2/2 (346) Bayside T Model

This second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with two full sized beds and the guest bedroom has a king sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with 32" flat screen TV's. The master bathroom and guest bathrooms have shower/tub combinations. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  We had a wonderful 4 day weekend in siesta. i love this property because we can easily access the pool and the beach (a bit of a walk from the bay side, but enjoyable at night.) The queen of the night flowers blossomed while we stayed. and it was a magnificent view. we bbq one day and hung by the pool. a lovely stay for the past 5 years.

  we love palm bay and the location of palm bay, we love that you always have a place on the beach and easy access. I do not love that there is not a washer and dryer in the units and you have to pay for the laundry..$5.00 a load and the dryer on my floor did not dry my clothes! parking is always an issue on the bay side and that is frustrating at times. security this year was present at all times.

  everything was wonderful, great secure and clean property. The unit was perfect. Repairs to the screen in the bedroom should be addressed as summer arrives. IF possible NO smoking signs at the pool would be helpful...left the pool area one day as some men were smoking cigars. Thank you, we will return.

  Good stay at Palm Bay Club. Unit was clean and comfortable. Cleaning crew did a great job cleaning the unit during tour stay. Hot tub was not working correctly for the 2nd year. Need more lounge chairs around the pool on the bay side. Especially in February when property is full. People put objects on the lounge chairs to hold them, and in many cases no one shows up for hours. One day 3 people had 4 chairs and 4 Lounges and the 4th person never showed up. Perhaps a time limit a person can hold furniture would be helpful. If a guest doesn't show up in a reasonable time then they should release for someone else to use. Management was very friendly and helpful with resolving any issues that occurred.

Due to the pandemic, it's been difficult to acquire parts for our amenities on property, but we do strive to make things work as quickly as possible. We also do have rules in place for the loungers, and are actively alerting guests to these set rules to allow everyone be comfortable.   We were very satisfied with the Palm Bay property and amenities. The room was clean, however the kitchen countertop was dated and warped. The Chair in the living area was all ripped up, requiring a blanket to be placed over it so we can sit on it. The picture on site did not show this. We did report this to the office when checking in without an is close to the beach and restaurants which make it a perfect spot to vacation.

  This was our first trip to Siesta and we loved it! It is a beautiful area. The front desk made it easy to check-in and check-out. The grounds were nicely kept, the pool and hot tub very nice. The condo itself was fine. Some things could be updated and the torn recliner should be replaced.

  Every thing was great except the recliner the pleather was falling off by the the head rest the lever was a wrench with tape on it
