This third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bayside of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has one queen size beds and one full size bed. Both bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's while the living room is equipped with a 65" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. There is also a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the guest bathroom has a newly remodeled walk-in shower with 3 grab bars. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  Palm Bay Club never disappoints. We stayed at Palm Bay Club for the first time back in 2015 and it has been our go-to place every fall when our northern friends come for a visit. It is clean, safe and has wonderful accommodations. We choose a different unit every year and have been happy with each one.

  This place was absolutely perfect for my family. I have two young girls (ages 1.5 and 3) and we had the perfect amount of space for the four of us to stay. The place was super clean, had all the kitchen items we would ever need and more, bathrooms and place overall looked newly renovated, able to park close to the beach and walk, and lots of things that we were able to use that we weren't expecting. They had umbrellas, a pack n play if we needed, some toys for our girls to play with, a wagon for the beach, and a vacuum that helped keep down on the sand around the condo. Can't say enough great things about this rental. If we ever come back to Siesta Key or have someone who is interested, we will be sure to pass along this condo!

  This condo was perfect! The condo was on a perfect location! We had a family of five and was so comfortable! The swimming pool and hot tub near the bay was perfect! We watched boats and saw pelicans and a dolphin! The walk to the beach was pretty! The condo staff brought your lounge chairs to you which was nice! The beds in the condo were so soft! I will definitely stay here again!

  Quick trip for a spring getaway, the property is located not far from Stickney Point Bridge so access to mainland is easy. The beach is awesome. Took the free trolley to local eats and pubs. i would stay here again.

  Our stay at Palm Bay was a week to remember! The complex spans both sides of the road. You can sit at one end of the complex at the pool right next to the bay, with docks and fishing. Or you can cross the street to the other side of the complex, which sits directly on the beach. There are chairs available at the beach, which a staff member will place in position for you to enjoy. The beach by each resort is considered private so not overly crowded. Although you can go down by the waters and walk entire length of the beach. If you’ve not been to Siesta Beach, you are missing one of the best beaches ever! Besides putting you in the best location, Palm Bay is a super place to stay. Our unit was nicely updated, very comfortable and stocked with everything you would need to enjoy a visit. Management was super friendly and very very helpful. There is security on site, and visible. Two pools w hot tubs (1 each end of complex & heated!), tennis, pickle ball and several laundry rooms on site. There are many resorts along siesta beach. But we are choosing to come back to Palm Bay next year, because we know what we are getting— A top-notch experience with great accommodations and amenities, super location and a very friendly staff who wants to be very helpful. Thank you Palm Bay see you next year!

  Palm Bay property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Pools were clean. This is a bayside unit that was well appointed. For those who cook on vacation, the kitchen has everything you need (minus placemats). Storage closet had beach chairs, beach wagon, a cooler - all a major plus for us! We prefer staying bayside but sometimes the haul to the beach is tiring so the wagon was great. The mater bathroom could use a face-lift and the unit needs more hooks - can't have enough hooks in a beach rental. Kudos to Palm Bay property management and the owner of this condo for their responsiveness to a maintenance item. The kitchen faucet wasn't working well; maintenance responded within 10 minutes. The problem could not be repaired and the owner approved a replacement faucet that was installed the next day. Plenty of casual dining options in the area and a short trip to St. Armands Cir in Sarasota offers more upscale dining.
