2/2 (348) Bayside T Model

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of four people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has 1 Queen bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with 32" flat screen TV's. There is a sofa and chair in the living room with a 42" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment as well as a full size sofa bed. The master bathroom as a walk-in shower and guest bathroom have a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Mr. Coffee coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile in the common areas and the bedrooms have carpeting. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  We enjoyed our time at Palm Bay Club. The proximity to the bay and beach is awesome. We liked the property and we would come back and try another unit. We did feel the apt was getting a little worn and it is time for a refresh for the price. The unit was very dark for such cheerful paint and colors. The laminate on the kitchen cabinets is peeling off, the bathrooms are dated and the bathroom tub was starting to get mold in the grout and caulk.
  There is a distinct musty/stale smell in the unit. The all tile living areas make for pretty noisy mornings on the first floor

  The pool boy was a bit childish when we were asked to turn the music down, even called the police on us. Other that that. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The unit we stayed in was fully loaded. We can't wait to come back!!!

  My family of 4 needed a get-away after a rough year. We spoke with the Palm Bay Club office and she found 1 unit for 4 days. We planned around those dates and it worked out perfect. The unit was great; clean, comfortable and accommodating. Having 2 twin beds in the second bedroom was perfect for my 2 kids and we each had our own bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything and checking out was a breeze. We stayed on the intercostal side and loved it. Every night we'd go sit out by the hot tub and everyone would introduce themselves and chat about everything. So fun! Great place to have coffee in the morning too. There is really nothing bad I can say. It was perfect!

  We love the Palm Bay Club location and bayside pool but the condos we have stayed in need deep cleaning. Lots of dust and dirt around bathrooms and floorboards. Actually ours smelled like stale cigarette smoke and found a used ashtray under kitchen sink
