This second floor newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bayside of our property. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has one Full bed and one bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin on top. Both bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's for your entertainment while the living room has a 40" flat screen TV with HD TV service. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  This rental was great for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bed in this unit and each room had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable but the rooms did seem to not cool off as much as the rest of the unit. I love that it came with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. No need to rent umbrellas because the unit had two. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but they also give you a parking pass if you want to drive to the beach. Midnight Pass is a busy road but I liked how there was a light and pedestrian walk right in front of the resort. This made it easy for the kids to come and go. The pool is also very close to this unit if you choose to take a break from the beach. Overall we had a great stay here!!!

  We will def be staying here again. Loved it was all gated and bay on one side and beach on the other plenty of pools. When we showed up our coffee pot was broken. We were really worried we were going to have to purchase a new pot but they were very accommodating and brought us a new pot right away. They had so many things available for us to use. We did not use a lot of items available was nice to know they were there if we needed them in the future. Everyone was very nice. The elevator broke shortly after our visit but they had it fixed in one day so it did not effect our stay. Our power went out once and they very quickly came and it was fixed immediately. There was the frog hopper picking us up quickly anytime we started out short walk to the village. All and all was an amazing fun trip and even though we had these small few things happen was nice we could count on them to be available right away. It was so nice and clean and plenty of bedding all available.

  My family of 5 (3 young boys) had a wonderful experience at Palm Bay.. The amenities of the complex were so nice - we had a blast at the pools and playing pickleball and tennis (So nice that rackets were available to use!!). The property is close to everything and in a great location. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had everything you would need - the beach cart and chairs were so nice to have! I would bring a collapsable cooler next time and my only minor complaint is I wish they would have had a smart tv. I don't care if you don't have all the channels, but there were things we would have liked to have watched and had we been able to log into our own Directv stream we could have despite them not having a ton of channels. We aren't huge tv watchers but it was all the holiday football games my boys wanted to catch!

  The unit was very nice clean when we arrived and I think in a great location we love the Bayside. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion I would have is to let people know there is no washer and dryer but it is just down the hall and you need to get a laundry card and put money on it in order to use it other than that everything was great.

  The condo is great, very clean sufficiently stocked with everything you need. Have the best of both worlds the bay on one side with the pool and Pier, and the beach on the other. Not much shops or restaurants within walking distance, made it somewhat of a quiet area. Even though it was spring break security made sure everything was safe and they were visible at all times. The facility is in great shape the only thing that could have been replaced was our screen door, old and wore out.

  This condo is absolutely beautiful!! So well appointed, beautifully decorated and very clean. There is everything you need to have an effortless beach day. Beach wagon to carry your umbrellas that are provided and chairs if you wish. Kids sand castle building toys as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay. Staff is very helpful and security guards are always around which makes you feel safe even though it is a spectacular area. Tons of different beaches that bring different things to the table and amazing restaurants everywhere. Palm Bay is extremely well maintained. Excellent, enjoyable stay.

  Very nicely decorated. Footfalls from above are very loud. Mattresses were not very comfortable. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in the village. Every restaurant was very good! Really liked Captain Curt's. Good ice cream at Big Olaf's and Orange Octopus. Beautiful sunsets.

  We had a nice time. Palm Bay Club is well kept and located essentially in the middle of the beach area (about 1 mile to the south and 2 miles to the north). The facilities are on both sides of Midnight Rd. and each has a pool area. The beach is about .25 mile for the folks on the other side of road. There are chairs available for owners and renters on the beach on a first come first serve basis. This isn't a resort tho. No restaurant, no bar, no drink or food services anywhere. You'll need to supply your own with the only restriction being no glass in the pool areas. Our condo was on the small side but clean and in good shape. We didn't encounter a lot of staff outside of check in/check out.
