This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, the master bathroom is newly remodeled with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a 32" flat screen TV, the guest bathroom is a newly remodeled with a tub/shower combination. Also, there is a full size sofa bed in the living room with a 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keruig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  Very dissatisfied with our stay in unit 351. When we arrived there was a strong odor in the unit. When was it last cleaned? We consistently opened doors and sprayed disinfectant and the odor gradually lessened. The shower was old and shower head corroded in the master, no fan in that bathroom. The guest bathroom’s fan was ineffective and as loud as a jet engine. The living room sofa, loveseat and dining room chairs were hard and uncomfortable. A kitchen drawer hit and scratched the refrigerator door every time it was opened. Another drawers couldn’t be opened completely because it hit the over door handle. Do NOT rent this unit. It will ruin your vacation as it did ours!

With all the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, we do wish you would have reached out so that our maintenance team could have come out and help alleviate some of the problems. Each unit is fully cleaned and sanitized before each new guest, that could have been the odor you were smelling. And the issues with the drawers could easily be fixed by our team as well.   Our stay was good. The place was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very nice and updated as we did cook a lot. The beach was not as close as we had hoped.
  It is not pet friendly but out dog is a service dog. Did not feel she was very welcome. Security people were very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of things that would have made the stay better such as being closer to the beach, and restaurants, but overall it was good.

We'd be happy to help you find a unit that is a better distance to the beach, the pool or anywhere in between to make your stay the best it can be. Service dogs, when presented with the proper documentation at time of booking the reservation, are always welcome at Palm Bay Club. With all of the different ride options on the island, getting to any of the restaurants is just a phone call away, just ask the front desk for their numbers.   Had a great time at Palm Bay Club! Condo was clean comfortable and well stocked! Beach toys and supplies for kids, radios, and fishing gear. The pools were always clean and the premises were well kept as well. This is our vacation go to!

  Had a wonderful stay in Unit 351; condo is very clean, well-appointed and has comfortable beds. The bayside pool and hot tub are very relaxing and we love seeing the boats (and dolphins) on the inter-coastal. The private beach and provided chaise loungers on the gulf side are a great plus! Excellent opportunity to see both sunrises and sunsets. Convenient to restaurants both on Siesta Key and Sarasota. We will definitely be back to enjoy The Palm Bay Club and Unit 351.
