This second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, this two bedroom unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a 2 twin beds with a 32" flat screen TV. Also, there is a sofa bed in the living room with a 50" flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The beautiful open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

  Our unit was clean, well stocked & the location good.
  Beach lounge chairs and towels a definite plus.
  On arrival Jandre (sp?) was so pleasant & helpful. He was security.
  Biggest problem: TV in master. Multiple visits from maintenance & finally Frontier installing new modem.Room needs TWO remotes...2nd remote never provided.
  Fortunately good weather, so TV less important than if it had rained or been cold.

  Generally speaking the unit was nice. However, the listing needs to be updated. The photos and description indicated the guest room had a queen bed. Upon arrival it had 2 twin beds. Also the shower in that room was little more than a trickle.

  Loved the apartment and the pools, it’s easy to get to the beach and restaurants but the apartment lacked basic supplies! No paper towels, only one dish washing tab, no scrubber for washing dishes, not even salt and pepper !

  Our stay was great! The condo was very clean, and well maintained. The only improvement I would have is that the screen door stuck, and the doorwall in the master bedroom was cracked open at the bottom, and it would not open / close to adjust.

  The condo was clean and nice. However, the TV in the master bedroom would not work and the TV in the living room would come on and then freeze up and go off. We had to keep turning it on. The master shower drain was clogged.
