Unit 356
Our third-floor condo has been completely renovated and updated and is in the Bayside suites. You are steps away from the bayside pool with a hot tub, loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Enjoy the views of the intercoastal while you’re fishing off the pier or grilling on the charcoal grills.
It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side of our property which has another pool, tennis court, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and the fabulous white sandy beach.

Our open concept luxury kitchen features a quartz countertop, 42” wooden cabinets, new stainless-steel appliances and a tile backsplash with dimmable lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook and entertain in style: coffee maker, Keurig, blender, juicer, toaster, full set of pots/pans, serving pieces, wine glasses and utensils.
The kitchen opens to the tiled dining area, with a table that seats six. Enjoy the private view of the palm trees from the leather sofas in the living area. Or watch TV on the 55” Sony smart TV with Direct TV service.
The unit is stocked with board games and beach toys the whole family can enjoy.
The newly decorated primary bedroom features new paint, linens and décor. It features a king-size bed with pillow top mattress, large dresser, full-length mirror, and a roomy closet. Enjoy the 48” Sony smart TV. The ensuite bath with a tiled walk-in shower, new paint and updated lighting complete the primary suite. This bedroom opens up to a lanai, with a nice view of the royal palms and lovely courtyard fountain.
The freshly painted guest room has new queen size and twin beds, both with new linens and pillow-top mattresses. This room sleeps 3 comfortably and features a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving, dresser and 32” TV. The fully remodeled ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo, ample counter and storage space, updated lighting and hair dryer complete the guest space. All linens are provided, including beach towels

  Great place—everything looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad, but it definitely feels longer when you’re carrying chairs and gear. We were glad we brought our own beach chairs and umbrella, especially since they ran out of chairs one of the days we were there (even though they did take up a lot of space in the car). Note that tents/canopies can’t be set up near the water at this property, so if you need shade on the beach and want to be near the water, bring or rent and umbrella. A few small things that would make it even better: ceiling fans in the bedrooms, upgraded bedding (the sheets were thin), and providing beach chairs plus a cart or wagon to make hauling your stuff easier. It would also be nice if each condo had its own washer and dryer, though there is a shared laundry room on the floor. Overall, both the condo and Palm Bay Club were great. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Outside of Palm Bay, bring singles to tip the shuttle drivers—the shuttle was super convenient for both adults and teens. Captain Curt’s had the best seafood in our opinion, and MVP in the village was a great spot for food and drinks.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 356 at Palm Bay Club. The unit was updated, comfortable and very clean. The electronic lock on the door was easy to use and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances. The AC worked well during some very hot summer temps. We will definitely request this unit for our next stay! I would recommend two improvements to the Palm Bay property: 1) The pool by the inner coastal was over chlorinated without a warning that it had just been treated; and
  2) the outdoor walkways to the condos’ front doors needed power washing. Old door mats should be disposed of or replaced.

  Because of a last-minute cancellation at another VRBO property in Siesta key we were lucky enough to get a reservation at the Palm Bay club. Life works in mysterious ways. I would go back to the Palm Bay club in a minute. It was perfect.

  The unit was clean and modern. We needed more wash cloths but had plenty of towels. The security guard was a little vice the top. He told my daughter and I to go to office to change colored arm bands because the color had changed for the week. Because it was chilly westher in the early morning and closer to evening, he couldn’t see our arm bands and ask us about them two different times. Also my daughter and her fiancé had just got there late at night. They went out to the bay side dock just to look at it. He told them that area was closed and they were not allowed on it unless they were fishing. They are both responsible adults in their thirties! They weren’t hurting anything and it was at like 11:10 pm. We felt slightly “policed” and we haven’t felt that before. We still like PB, especially staying on the bay side.

    Hello Troy, thank you for this feed-back, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed this unit, our security is on property to enforce the rules and keep everyone safe, you must always have a visible arm band per the Rules we Live By and the contract that we require our guest sign, the Gulf side pool closes at dusk and the Bay side is closed at 11pm no matter your age unfortunately all of this is important throughout the weeks of Spring break and if an exception is made for one person then it would have to be made for everyone.

  Superb beach. Comfortable, clean condo. Attractive bayside pool, lounging area and fishing dock. Only problem was that the dryer on our floor didn't work and didn't get fixed before we left.

  The actual apartment was in perfect condition. The grounds were mostly excellent except for the back pool which was icky enough to not want to get in: overcrowded, water was murky, partier vibe. Otherwise the grounds were truly fantastic: great tennis courts and clean feeling front pool. Awesome beach presence.... My biggest complaint would be the fact that some of the clientele seemed to have no regard for being quiet at night. The first night we were kept up on and off until 3:30am. Super loud, drunken people in unit across courtyard. When I complained the next morning, the receptionist at first responded with “next time, call security” (they didn’t notice??) but then said she would let them know at their morning check in as they were late arrivals, and it worked, we heard nothing more from them. But then other units were also super loud late at night, a bathroom by the pool even got egged.... It seems that security doesn’t feel the right to interfere with people’s revelry? They could not have missed the loudness of the first night’s partiers but did nothing and then didn’t notice the rest of the week either. I think they need to be trained on that protocol. Some vacationers really, really need to catch up on their sleep... And maybe post more openly a sign about quiet hours? Be specific:10pm-7am? I’ve never stayed in a place that doesn’t more blatantly insist on that... Otherwise, we truly loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again, especially hoping that respect for others’ need for rest is as valid as some people’s party need.

  We rented this 2 bedroom Condo knowing that the balcony didn't have much of a view and that we were on the bay side. It was a very comfortable unit, the beds were decent, the kitchen was large and very well stocked with cooking and baking supplies. The kitchen was very important this year to us due to Covid 19. We ate all our meals at the condo. The master bath has a nice walk in shower. A second full bath was a bonus as we had 2 adult kids staying with us. The beach is absolutely gorgous and very large! It is about a half a mile walk from our condo to get near the water . It didn't bother us but if you have trouble walking it could be difficult. There is a pool on the bayside and it is fun to watch all the boats go by over there. A second pool is on the beach side. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for a sunny get away during Thanksgiving!
