This three bedroom three bathroom condo is located on the first floor of our Grand Tower Building. This unit is on the first floor, it is an easy stroll to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed, and one guest bedroom has two queen size beds, and the other has two full size beds. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is eight. The living room has a 40" TV, while the bedrooms all have 32" TV for your enjoyment. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker and also a Keurig machine. The condo is fully tiled throughout.

  Palm Bay is in a great location right on the beach. The condo we stayed in was very nice. The only issue we had was with the TV. It was a streaming only TV and there were no instructions. It is helpful to renters to provide as much info as you can about how things work etc.

  Our experience in condo 015 was fabulous. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The dining room table is HUGE and just what our family needed. An add plus was the side patio, so quiet and serene and very private. Oh and only 20 feet from the beautiful white sand of Siesta Key. The grounds are gorgeous but at night breath taking. The employees no matter their title were always kind, professional and helpful. And if you needed anything they were Johnny on the spot to take care of your need. We would absolutely stay in condo 015 again.

  We’ve been going to Siesta Key for many years. We always stay at the Palm Bay Club. This year was special. It was our first trip with our kids and grandkids. The unit is a three bedroom/three bath condo. It was absolutely perfect for three families.
  
  The location on the bottom floor made it so convenient to get to the beach.
  
  We cooked our meals in the condo. The long dining table allowed us to all to sit together.
  
  The condo was clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. I do wish there was at least one recliner in the living room area.
  
  We would most definitely stay in this unit again!!

  A most enjoyable vacation for our family. The unit is rare in that it is 3 bed,3 bath, accommodating our growing family. First floor on the beach is an ideal location. The only negative comment is a previous guest broke glass on the patio and many large pieces of glass were found. It needs a good sweeping to ensure no bare feet are cut.

  We stayed here over spring break as a family of 5 and will definitely stay in this unit again! Was surprised and thrilled to see updated furniture when we walked in, which should be updated to your website. This unit is so convenient to the beach. Our only complaints are, the housekeepers outside the door are banging doors every morning continuously and its loud! The queen bedroom has no working air conditioning so its HOT, it also has no working outlets near the bed and no working lights except in the bathroom. The King bedroom bed is VERY squeaky and loud (comfortable but loud)just getting in and out. Overall, very pleased and will recommend to others!

  First visit to Siesta Key and Palm Bay Club was the perfect choice! We stayed in unit 015 in the tower, it was clean, spacious, and great beach access. Having a pool and hot tub was great as red tide in the ocean was an issue. I felt safe, they had security, it was a great vacation!! Palm Bay Club made check in and check out seamless.   Very spacious unit. Traveled with a family of 8 and we had plenty of space and privacy. Loved the convenience of being on the first floor. Vertical blinds in one bedroom were missing some slats so we had the parking lot lights shining in all night and couldn't really get dressed in there b/c anyone walking past could see right in. On our last night had one very large cockroach in the living room. Otherwise a very nice unit - we enjoyed our stay.

  Overall good but this unit is past it’s time. Everything is super old from 1980’s era, TV in the bedrooms are the same size as the TV’s in your car which is way to small. Owners should have some pride in ownership and upgrade.
