Palm Bay Club Bayside 364 is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Large Condominium with washer/dryer. This spacious corner suite condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The unique second floor end unit has ample natural light in a bright and roomy 1300 sq.ft. living area with no common walls, and appointed with ceramic tiled floors throughout.

Washer/Dryer in unit is a new addition to the condo in Summer 2021! Guests will appreciate the convenience of the compact stacking washer/dryer set located in the full bedroom closet. The condo is one of only a few units in Palm Bay Club to offer an in unit laundry.

The living room features comfortable leather reclining seating and a 55” Smart HDTV. HD cable TV service includes complimentary HBO, secure high speed Wi-Fi internet and owner added upgrades including whole home DVR, Blu-ray DVD player, and Bluetooth capable home theater surround sound system.

The kitchen is equipped with full-sized stainless steel appliances; refrigerator plus ice maker, electric range, microwave oven and dishwasher. Cabinets are well stocked with kitchen essentials-pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware. Convenient small appliances include blender, citrus juicer, hand mixer, small food processor, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine as well as a standard coffee maker and coffee grinder. The open kitchen with ample counter space is furnished with three upholstered counter seats, and is adjacent to the dining area with an expandable table and generous seating for 6.

Two similarly sized bedrooms, one king bed and two full beds, are well appointed for guest comfort, and feature gel memory foam mattresses, large screen TVs, and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has adjoining bathroom with a single sink, a shower/tub combination, and a large walk-in closet. Sleeping options are expanded in the spacious living room with a queen cabinet bed and a twin La-Z-Boy sleeper chair.

The covered patio balcony is furnished with chairs and side table to relax and enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Guests may access the covered patio balcony from either set of sliding doors leading from the living room or double bedroom.

The newer high efficiency HVAC system keeps it comfortable. The owners are participants in the FPL SolarTogether community solar power program.

For accessibility, an elevator is centrally located within the condo building. Guest parking is conveniently provided adjacent to the condo.

Bayside amenities are situated along the serene inter-coastal waterway and include waterfront pool with poolside lounge chairs, tables and grills, a relaxing 20 person spa hot tub, fishing pier and boat dock.

Beachside amenities are easily accessed by a short walk to the gulf side of the resort. A signaled crosswalk directly in front of the property leads guests of the Bayside safely across Midnight Pass Road to the Palm Bay Club Gulfside, where guests have private beach amenities on the white powdery sand of Siesta Key’s famous Crescent beach. Exclusive beachfront amenities include chairs/lounges, picnic shelters and grills. Shade tents, umbrellas and cabana lounge chairs are available for daily and weekly rental.

Guests can enjoy a well equipped fitness center, a second pool, and two lighted tennis courts adjacent to the resort’s concierge center.

  I have been coming to Palm Bay for 33 years in August ,seen many changes not a particular fan of the gates,but understand the need for them.I was very disappointed that the elevators were down on the bay side ,when the rental agreement clearly said work to begin in January of 2024 and this was August of 2023 other than that everything was great.Really like the unit which have rented the last 2years.

  Great location with a beautiful well maintained beach. Security made sure only guests used the pools and kept the areas tidy. If we ever go back to Siesta Key we will definitely stay at Palm Bay Club.

  A few friends and I had a girl's trip to Siesta Key, and The Palm Bay Club was the perfect place to stay! We loved the easy access to the pools, hot tub, and beach. An extra bonus was that the beach was private, and someone was there to set up chairs for us every morning. Our unit was spacious, clean and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

  We've come down to the Palm Bay Club for 14 years and the staff and amenities are always spot on! This particular unit we've rented for the last 5 years which is large enough for 6 women! Unfortunately this year, the condo owner installed a Nest thermostat which they controlled and we had to ask the front office to contact the owner as 75 degrees wasn't cool enough. Even the maintenance staff said they've seen other owner controlled temperatures in other condos but it's usually a low of 68 degrees. He even thought 75 degrees wasn't low enough. Night time seemed hotter than 75. After several calls to the front office to call the condo owner, we were able to get it to 72 degrees but it didn't stay that way for our entire stay. This unit was our choice pick but we all agreed that paying $280 a night, we should be able to have the thermostat changed without making multiple calls and probably won't be back in this unit next year! We were all sadly disappointed. Palm Bay Club is a great place to stay but NOT in unit #364!!!!

  This rental was one of the bigger ones in Palm Bay on the bay side with a lot of windows which was wonderful. It was well stocked with kitchen appliances and pans to cook. They had many beach chairs and an umbrella which was great. You can use the facilities chairs as well but you have to rent umbrellas. We were very happy and would return but would want this same rental as our friends was smaller and not as updated and had carpet. Love the beach access but hated paying parking when going downtown.

  Wonderful stay with plenty of space for our group. Beds comfortable & laundry in unit was a huge plus! Soft plush throws in a basket were a nice homey touch & everyone made use of them. Bathtub in King bath was slow to drain but was a minor issue, probably could have called maintenance but kept forgetting. Cutting knives in kitchen could use replacement as a bit dull but I’m sure it’s from guest use A light bulb burned out in a lamp & maintenance was there in literally a few minutes to put in a new one. Overall we loved it!
